The Booking Events report shows a detailed list of events that happened as a result of a booking being created.
This tool allows you to find bookings for a given date, e.g. 19 November 2025, and then review all the events related to each of the bookings found for that date.
By default, the tool opens on the current date. To select another date, click on the current date and then select a new date from the options provided:
Once you find the right date, you can click on a booking to get a list of automations that were triggered and details on how the guest reacted to these.
In the following example, we can see a Pre-Arrival email was sent to Zack on 19 Nov 2025 at 15:30. This tool is allowing us to see exactly what happens after that: the email was opened, a link was clicked, and finally a waiver was signed.
On the same example we can see a reminder email was sent at 16:03 but Zack never opened this email.
