Scheduled
Just like "Instant", but you set the time of when it gets sent - such as just before Valentines day or Black Friday. Maybe you've got a season opening and you'd like to invite past guests to book again and fill otherwise empty seats before the main peak season.

Birthday
Birthday Campaigns to allow it operators to automatically send annual email campaigns (i.e. birthday messages) to guests who have already completed a waiver in the past.

Drip
"Drip", also known as "Follow Up", is a way of sending communications to your guests after their visit - such as a few days later asking to leave a review, or a few months later reminding them of the good time they had and if they'd like to come again.
