View, download or printing a guest's waiver PDF

If you need to download or print a waiver for a guest, you can do this right from your Wherewolf dashboard.

 

How to download/print a waiver:

 

1. From the 'Operations' tab, locate a guest record, and click the 'Inspect' icon on the right hand side

 

 

2. Click the 'Tool' Icon / button and select 'Download as PDF'

 

You'll be able to locate the PDF file in the Downloads folder, or Desktop, of your device and print or store as needed!

 

Note: PDF's are also generated using this template when a mass export is generated either by using the 'export pdf' button in the https://dash.getwherewolf.com/account page (accessible by admins) or when cancelling the account when a link to download all waivers is generated and sent to the admin via email.

Logo and Colours::

Logos and Brand colours are used universally throughout the waiver app, emails and the pdf template designs. These can be set by the admin user (or those with edit access) using the Settings > Branding tools here: https://dash.getwherewolf.com/settings/branding 

• The logo in the header is set in the brand editor, using the 'logo' file
• The brand colours are set in the brand editor, using the existing 'light colour':

App Name and Contact Email:

The app name and contact email appear in the 'header' of the document, top right. These items are used universally throughout the waiver app, emails and the pdf template designs.
