Adding a default passenger size for Activities

There are scenarios where a booking/rental can be used by multiple guests, but not all bookings are expected to indicate the quantity of passengers (pax).

Using Wherewolf Assistant, you can set a default passenger size to your activities. 

You can do this in the Assistant  by going to the Settings menu, and selecting Activities: 

Click on an activity and scroll down to "Advanced". 

Expanding the Advanced settings will show you the "Group Size" option. Here, you can pre-determine the Group Size of that activity. 

Click 'Save' to save your changes

Repeat the instructions above for any other activities that require a default passenger size.
