While the normal email and phone number pages ask for guests to opt-in to receive your marketing messages, we have found incredible results when asking guests if they would like to receive marketing messages from you in return for a little something special, something like a small free gift.
Examples:
- Stickers
- Key Chain
- Fridge Magnet
- Postcards
- Free digital download photos of their current trip
- Beer Koozie / Stubby Cooler
- Bravery Awards
- Wrist band
Temporary Tattoos
Stickers are one of the highest-converting items for the cost. They’re affordable, tangible, and your branding travels with your customers long after the day ends.
How To:
Clicking on the "Marketing Opt-In Incentive page not added yet" notification under Health Checks (or Complete Setup/Get Started depending on where you are in your journey with Wherewolf) will automatically add a new page to the top of your base form
You can update the question to include the name of the free gift (ie would you like to take home a free sticker?) or you can leave this as the default text.
You can then reposition this page to anywhere you wish in your base form. The page should be shown in the form AFTER the latter of both the email and phone number question pages.
Summary:
Small, tangible takeaways can make a big difference to opt-in rates and give your brand visibility long after the experience ends.
