The new waiver app comes with an additional set of tools known as Operator Mode.
This set of tools does not completely replace the Wherewolf Dashboard so, if you require comprehensive manifesting or marketing analytics, we invite you to keep using your Wherewolf manifest.
The new waiver app gives users more visibility into their business, and more control when you're on-the-go.
Operator Mode's home screen
Let's look at a demo of the home screen, including Today's Progress and Your Forms.
Today's Progress:
Today's Progress shows you the next bookings for the day scheduled for arrival
Your Forms:
Your forms will include your Arrival form, which is the waiver your customers complete on Arrival.
You can also use this homepage to "Open Daily Overview":
Your daily overview shows all your bookings and guests for each day – you can toggle between each of these at the top of the panel.
TIP: Use the Search button at the top of the list to search specific bookings or guests; and use the Arrange button to arrange the list by Time, Name, or Status!
Guests:
View the names of each guest with a completed waiver.
Bookings:
View each booking, including their name, the expected time, the tour type, and how many waivers have been completed for that group.
You can open the booking and select "Launch Form" to launch the waiver for that group – simply hand them the device so they can complete their waivers! Then use the Menu icon in the top right to exit that booking's waiver and return to Operator Mode.
