TOMIS: How To Connect TOMIS with Wherewolf

The Wherewolf<>TOMIS Integration:

When a waiver is completed, certain pieces of guest information are extracted and sent to your TOMIS database for analysis and strategic decision-making based on real guest insights.

How To Integrate Wherewolf and TOMIS:

1. Contact the TOMIS Support Team and ask them to initiate the integration with your Wherewolf app – be sure to include your App ID. Read this guide on how to find your App ID. 
2. TOMIS will contact the Wherewolf Support team and prompt Wherewolf to gain your consent for this integration, along with asking you which fields you'd like sent to your Podium database – for example:
   Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Booking ID, Marketing (where the guest heard about you)

You are responsible for your guest data, including where it's shared and for what purpose. Consider your campaigns to make sure you have the most useful data while protecting your guest's privacy.
