When a waiver is completed, certain pieces of guest information are extracted and sent to your TOMIS database for analysis and strategic decision-making based on real guest insights.
How To Integrate Wherewolf and TOMIS:
- Contact the TOMIS Support Team and ask them to initiate the integration with your Wherewolf app – be sure to include your App ID. Read this guide on how to find your App ID.
- TOMIS will contact the Wherewolf Support team and prompt Wherewolf to gain your consent for this integration, along with asking you which fields you'd like sent to your Podium database – for example:
Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Booking ID, Marketing (where the guest heard about you)
