Adventure tour operators have trusted Picthrive to generate millions in media sales and bring over 80 million photos and videos to a global audience.
The Wherewolf<>Picthrive Integration:
When a waiver is completed, certain pieces of guest information are extracted and sent to your Picthrive database.
From Picthrive, operators can automatically send tour photos and videos to customers by using the information gathered in their Wherewolf digital waiver. If guests have purchased tour videos and photos, these are shared with them.
If they have not pre-purchased these, they're sent a "last chance" reminder to purchase photos and videos before they expire.
How To Integrate Wherewolf and Picthrive:
- Picthrive users can contact Wherewolf Support and request this integration. Contact the team from your admin user account email address, and include your Wherewolf App ID in your request.

You'll be asked which guest fields you'd like us to send to Picthrive – for example:
Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Tour Timeslot, Tour Date, Activity/Product, Marketing (where the guest heard about you)
What To Consider Before Launching Your Integration:
You are responsible for your guest data, including where it's shared and for what purpose. Consider your campaigns to make sure you have the most useful data while protecting your guest's privacy.
