Your Operations Manifest is your one-stop hub for viewing all participant activity in one place. You can access it directly from your Dashboard > Operations menu and easily navigate to any date to view the participants scheduled for that day.
We’ll display all the essential participant information - such as name, age, and medical conditions, but we can also include any additional data you need!
The columns can show any details captured on the waiver, as well as extra information your staff might add later (like participant notes, equipment hire, or custom checkboxes).
- To update or customise these columns, just email your request to support@getwherewolf.com.
When you open the Operations Manifest, you’ll see two main views:
Guests: shows all guests who have submitted their waivers for that day.
Bookings: available if you’re integrated with a reservation system, this shows all bookings made for that day.
These views allow you to switch between tracking completed waivers and reviewing booking-level information.

- have the staff member whose manifest you intend to edit on hand (they will need to login using another computer to make changes under your supervision)
IMPORTANT: As admin you can:
- make changes to the manifest columns that all standard users see by default (if not customised
- customise your own users manifest columns (if you are the admin)
- allow temporary access for any other non admin user to customise to their manifest columns views (and revoke access once changes are made)
Steps:
1. AS ADMIN: Visit the dashboard (user settings): https://dash.getwherewolf.com/settings/user
2. AS ADMIN: Toggle the "editing columns" button, far right of the page, for 1x user only!
3. AS STAFF: Working with your admin, login to wherewolf using your staff member user account and visit https://dash.getwherewolf.com/operations
4. AS STAFF: From the operations page click the 'cog' icon on the far right of the column title bar.
5. AS STAFF: In the "Manifest settings" click 'Your Custom View' and add or remove any columns
6. AS STAFF: In the same 'Your Custom View' toggle on/off the editable setting for each of the column (this will enable/restrict your ability to modify data via the dashboard view)
7. AS ADMIN: Once you are happy this user has configured their manifest correctly you can click 'save' and should review the behaviour in the operations tab with the user to confirm the setup offers the correct level of access.
8. AS ADMIN: Returning to your own "admin" user account you can visit https://dash.getwherewolf.com/settings/user and 'disable' their 'editing columns' ability which will lock the settings they just configured and prevent the user from making any further changes without your supervision.
