Dashboard Health checks are there to help you get the most out of your Wherewolf subscription. They alert you to new functions and features, and to bring your attention to vital components that might be missing in your set up.
You can access the Health Checks anytime from the glowing green button at the top-left of the toolbar, or by going directly to https://dash.getwherewolf.com/health-check
It's helpful keep this section up to date by completing steps or clearing those tips that are irrelevant to you, this means new functions and features will be obvious when they become available.
If the button isn't green then congratulations! You don't have any Health Checks to complete. When it's green and gently flashing, you know there are things to review.
To complete a health check:
- read the help guide explaining what he features controls and what is needed
- click on the step you wish to complete and you will be redirected to the relevant page in the dashboard
- make the necessary changes
- (once you have made the required changes the health check will automatically be removed from the list)
To clear/dismiss a health check: for steps that are irrelevant to your business or set up, you can click the "X" to the top right hand corner of most Health Checks to clear them. You can view dismissed health checks, and enable them if you wish, under Settings - General and then scrolling to the bottom of the page.
