What does "Checked In" mean?

Wherewolf Dashboard uses statuses to help you track your guest journey.
Guests with a completed pre-arrival waiver are recorded as "Checked In" on your daily manifest. 

We also show this in your Waiver App, with a grey clipboard icon.

Guests who complete a waiver in your Waiver App (not just a pre-arrival waiver) are recorded as "Active".

How To Use Wherewolf Statuses To Track A Guest Journey:

If the guest has not arrived onsite yet, their waiver will show as "Checked In" on the dashboard, and we show this with a grey clipboard on the waiver app. This means they've completed a pre-arrival waiver.
If a guest is currently participating on the tour, they can be recorded as "Active" either by signing in on your Waiver App, or staff changing their status the manifest.

If a guest has finished their experience, they can be marked as "Finalised" by a staff member in the manifest.

Operators using a Multi-Step waiver will use the "Checked in" and "Active" status to monitor guests who have completed the onsite waiver.
