The status of Active means that a guest is onsite.
All guests that use an iPad to complete their waiver will be recorded with a status of 'active'.
This is whether they have done their entire waiver on the iPad, or whether they have supplemented their pre-arrival waiver on the iPad.
> An example of this might be a scuba diving company that has guests complete 90% of the waiver prior to arrival. On the day, the guests must use the iPad to add further details to their waiver, such as if they have been skydiving in the last 24 hours or consumed any alcohol in the last 8 hours.
If your guests have completed a waiver prior to arrival, you could record your guests as "active" manually.
You can use the Wherewolf Daily Manifest to change guests to "Active" by clicking their current status (under the 'Status' column) and selecting "Active" from the list that appears.
Depending on when your digital waivers are shared with your guests, Wherewolf recommends using the iPad app and allowing guests to self-check-in.
If their waivers are completed many weeks or months in advance, they may be out of date by the time the guest arrives onsite. Signing in on the iPad will give them the opportunity to confirm that their personal details are still accurate.
Wherewolf users with an "Active" Manifest can view their active guests separately from their daily guests, so they can exclusively see who is currently on a tour or using rental equipment (instead of the entire day's list of guests).
