Wherewolf Dashboard uses statuses to help you track your customer journey. A status of "Active" means that a guest is onsite (and actively participating on a tour).
How can I record a guest as Active?
All waivers completed on the Waiver App get a status of 'Active' on your Daily Manifest, as guest is onsite.
On your Waiver App Daily Overview, you'll see that the guest has a teal tick.
If you'd prefer, you can use the Wherewolf Daily Manifest to manually mark them as "Active".
Do this by clicking their current status (shown in the teal box above) and selecting the desired status from the list that appears.
How To Use Wherewolf Statuses To Track A Guest Journey:
If the guest has not arrived onsite yet, their waiver will show as "Checked In" on the dashboard, and we show this with a grey clipboard on the waiver app. This means they've completed a pre-arrival waiver.
If a guest is currently participating on the tour, they can be recorded as "Active" either by signing in on your Waiver App, or staff updating the manifest.
If a guest has finished their experience, they can be marked as "Finalised" by a staff member in the manifest.
Wherewolf users with an "Active" Manifest can also view their active guests separately from their daily guests. This way, you can easily see who is actively on a tour or using rental equipment (instead of the entire day's list of guests, morning to night).
