If Wherewolf is integrated with your reservation system and you add new activities to your Reservation System, you'll be automatically notified of new "unconfigured activities" in Wherewolf, and invited to configure them.
NOTE: If you are integrated with a reservation system (e.g. FareHarbor, Rezdy, ResPax etc. you do not need to add a new activity. Your activity will be in the 'Disabled' tab as an unconfigured activity.
Here is how to do it in the dashboard step by step:
- Decide which "Terms & Conditions" needs to be displayed for the new activity being added.
- If it's same Terms & conditions as any of the existing terms & conditions, then you can simply navigate the relevant form where the existing Terms & Conditions is setup and ensure that question is setup to be displayed for the new activity you are configuring.
- If you need new set of Terms & Conditions, then follow this manual to set up the new "T&Cs" as well as a "new question setup" for the new terms that you added.
- Navigate to Settings then Activities
- Click on the 'Disabled' tab
- Locate the new unconfigured activity and click on it:
- Edit the name (remove the 'UNCONFIGURED!!! MISSING TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!! ' text) and set visibility to "Enabled" (or another option other than "Disabled"). See this manual for more details about how to edit activities.
- If your waiver has been configured with a default T&Cs, you're all set. Just test it to make sure the new activity is available and T&C is showing as expected.
If you need a T&C other than the default one to show for this new activity (as added in step 1), here are the final steps:- Navigate to Settings/Forms and click on the form which is supposed to show the new activity and T&Cs (typically "Base"):
- Scroll down to the page after which the new T&C page should appear (usually after the default T&C page) and click "Insert + Page":
- Switch to the Custom tab, select "Terms and Conditions" for Page Type, enter a title (this is just for you, won't be shown to guests), select the correct T&Cs from the drop-down list and click Add Form Page:
- Navigate to Settings/Forms and click on the form which is supposed to show the new activity and T&Cs (typically "Base"):
- The new T&C page now appears in the form, and the last step is to make it display only when the new activity is selected by the guest (as opposed to at all times). To achieve this, click "Add Display Condition" and, in the popup dialog, select "activities" in the 1st select box, "intersects" in the 2nd and the new activity in the 3rd:
