What is the "More" Button?

When you're reviewing the results of a search query, or your manifest, you'll see a button to see "More" for each guest. 

The Search function and Daily Manifest views provide you with an overview of guest information you probably need to know right away – details like their name, age, and medical conditions. 

Other information, such as where they heard about you or their residential address, is not displayed here but is still accessible under "More". 

Clicking on "More" will pull up the entire guest record.

At the top of the page you can:

• Update

- To save any changes.

• View Record

- To pull up the full guest record in a pop-up

• Automations

- To see what emails and SMS we've sent to that guest

• Download PDF

- To receive a copy of the guest's waiver as a PDF to your device

• Export Audit

- To see all versions of that guest's waiver. For example, if you add a note to that guest's record, you can perform a guest audit to download the original waiver that doesn't include the note, as well as the updated waiver.

In the page body, you'll see the additional guest information.

Beneath this section, is a File Upload option. Here you can attach files to a guest waiver by selecting "Choose File" under the signature – such as scanned copies of their IDs.
