When guests arrive onsite, they can sign a waiver connected to their booking, or they can complete a walk-in waiver (without any reservation data).
Welcoming Booked Guests:
First of all, what happens when a guest books online?
When a guest books online, your reservation system sends Wherewolf details like the date and time of your guest's activity, their group size, and what activity/ tour they're doing.
At a time chosen by you, we will email your customers their online waiver link for them to complete prior to arrival. This email also includes a QR Code to their waiver.
What happens when a guest arrives onsite?
If your guests haven't completed their waiver before arriving, they can use the app's Guest Mode to do this. Read more about Guest Mode here.
Booked guests will use your waiver app themselves to scan the QR Code found in their waiver email, or to search for their booking on your app using the reservation ID number.

If your guests don't have this email and don't know their reservation ID, use Operator Mode to find their booking ID for them or to sign them in on your device, or open their booking specific QR Code for them to scan and complete waivers on their own device.
It will gather their waivers under their booking, sharing upstream to the reservation system if applicable.
Alternatively, you can request a Booking Search or a Booking Display. Read our separate help guide on this here.
Welcoming Walk-in/Un-booked Guests:
Your walk-in guests can use the waiver app to sign themselves in. They can use the waiver app in Guest Mode to select "I don't have a booking", and complete a waiver.
At this point, your Guest Defaults will apply. Read more about Guest Defaults here.
Alternatively, operators can use Operator Mode to pre-select the group they wish to sign in and gather waivers from
This means your guests are not interacting with your app without your supervision.
