Is my app connected?

You can check your app connection to the servers and internet by clicking on the cloud icon at the top of your app:

If your app is connected, the pop-up will appear like this:

If your app is not connected to wi-fi then the cloud icon will change, and the pop up will appear like this:

If there is a service disruption then the cloud icon will change, and the error message will appear like this:

Is my system down?

Can my app be used offline/ without connectivity?
