Wherewolf Dashboard uses statuses to help you track your customer journey. If you use an Active Manifest, you must "finalise" your guest's waivers to keep the automations and your manifest correct.
Your Active Manifest only shows your guests with a status of "Active". It helps you keep track of who is onsite, what they're doing, and how long they've been doing it for. When your guest is no longer actively on their tour, their status can change to "Finalised". This will remove them from your Active Manifest and record the guest's return time, automatically calculating the guest's total trip duration.
In most instances, this will also add them to your follow-up email queue.
It's important that your guests are Finalised upon return, so your follow-up emails are sent and your Active Manifest is accurate.
How can I finalise a guest?
You can use the Wherewolf Daily Manifest to mark a guest as "Finalised". Do this by clicking their current status (under the 'Status' column) and selecting the desired status from the list that appears.
How To Use Wherewolf Statuses To Track A Guest Journey:
If the guest has not arrived onsite yet, their waiver will show as "Checked In" on the dashboard, and we show this with a grey clipboard on the waiver app. This means they've completed a pre-arrival waiver.
If a guest is currently participating on the tour, they can be recorded as "Active" either by signing in on your Waiver App, or staff updating the manifest.
If a guest has finished their experience, they can be marked as "Finalised" by a staff member in the manifest.
