Wherewolf and ResPax have a 2-way integration, allowing us to send waivers to your reservations and share those waivers with your ResPax manifest.
Click here to find out more about the ResPax integration process
1) Waiver Collection:
Wherewolf can send your waivers out ahead of time; either at the moment of booking, or based on the guests' arrival date (for example, 7 days beforehand). We do this through a pre-arrival waiver email or SMS, depending on your tier. You can edit these yourself or ask us for help!
We recommend collecting waivers close to the time of arrival to ensure the waiver is up-to-date. You can ask us to change the waiver email delivery if you would like to modify this.
2) Waivers in ResPax:
All booked guest waivers will be sent to ResPax.
Guest Information in ResPax
ResPax will display whether your bookings have the required amount of waivers, or if there are waivers yet to be completed.
If you need to see more information, each waiver PDF is available to you from ResPax – and, of course, your Wherewolf manifest will continue to operate as normal if you need an overview of your guests!
REMEMBER: If you are accepting responsibility for your guest's contraindications or suitability, it may be wise to review their full waiver.
3) Two-Step Waiver Collection:
Read this if a customer completes a pre-arrival waiver before arriving, and then confirms their arrival using your app (2-step waivers).
Some operators ask guests to confirm their arrival on the app as well as complete a waiver ahead of time. Guests can add information to their waiver, make sure their waiver is up to date, or agree to your terms again. Find out more about our two-step waiver feature here.
If you use the app to supplement the guest waiver, your ResPax manifest will not be reliable.
The waiver will show as completed in ResPax, even if the onsite app process has not been completed.
If this is similar to how you manage your guests, please be cautious when relying on the ResPax manifest and contact our support team for any more information.
