You can view your billing history, check payment status, and download invoices or receipts for your Wherewolf subscription.
You can access this page by logging in with your Billing email and navigating to:
Account > Invoices
or directly via: https://dash.getwherewolf.com/account/invoices
The invoice page displays a full list of all invoices linked to your account, including:
- Invoice number
- Payment status (paid, unpaid, overdue)
- Invoice date
- Currency
- Amount
Each invoice row includes a link icon on the far right.
Viewing an invoice
Clicking the link icon on any invoice will open the invoice in Stripe, our secure billing platform.
From here you can:
- View full invoice details
- Download invoice - downloads a PDF copy of the invoice to your device
- Download receipt - downloads a PDF receipt confirming payment
Payments
If an invoice is showing as unpaid or overdue, selecting the link icon will also allow you to complete payment directly through Stripe.
