You can manage, make changes to, or cancel, your subscription in the Subscription page. To make changes to your subscription tier, you must be logged in as the billing contact.
The page is broken down into several main sections:
Subscription Summary
Here you will find all the information on your subscription including your subscription tier, the date for the end of your current subscription period, and your subscription ID
App under this subscription
A list of all apps under your subscription, this applies to companies that have set up multiple locations as separate apps under the one subscription. This area also gives a quick summary of total waivers, waivers in the last year and when the last waiver was signed for each app
Subscription Tier/Waiver Volume/Subscription Interval
By selecting different subscription tiers, intervals and waiver volumes, you can see the different features you would lose/gain in the Features & Functionality bar on the right hand side, and what you would be charged in Subscription Charge Summary section at the bottom of the page. Your subscription will not be updated until you select "Update Subscription" at the bottom of the page
Auto Upgrade
Allows you to select what you would like to happen if your usage exceeds your current plans waiver volume.
Features & Functionality
This section is displayed on the right hand side and shows all features and functionalities available. Anything that is already selected is included in your current subscription. If you select different subscription tiers, you will see the different features that will be gained/lost with different tiers.
Subscription Charge Summary
This section allows you to see what you will charged at your next subscription renewal, or what you would be charged when viewing different subscription options. This is also where you can choose to update your subscription type, or to cancel your subscription.
If you select "Cancel Account" you will be provided the option to either cancel immediately, or at the end of your subscription. As there are no refunds on annual fees paid in advance (see Terms of Use: 6.3) and we encourage customers who wish to cancel to do so at the end of their term, allowing you to make use of the remaining credit/access, make any change, review the situation, test other vendors and/or change your mind before the deletion of the account occurs. Account cancellations are permanent and irreversible
