To add, view or update your payment methods, just log in to the dashboard and navigate to Account / Payment Method in the left hand menu (or follow this link: https://dash.getwherewolf.com/account/payment-method)
To add new card:
1: Navigate to https://dash.getwherewolf.com/account/payment-method
2: Click "Add New Payment Method"
3: Click "Card" and enter your card details and click "Submit".
4: Once new card is added, you can make it the default payment method by clicking on the new card, and click "Make Default"
To Remove existing Card:
1: Navigate to https://dash.getwherewolf.com/account/payment-method
2: Click on the card that you are looking to remove.
3: Click "Remove" button.
If you have any outstanding payments, the system will automatically attempt to take them once you have updated your details.
IMPORTANT: If your account is overdue by a long period of time then you may have exhausted out automatic payment retry attempts and your invoice will have been marked as unpaid. In this scenario you must contact our support or customer success team so that it can be reprocessed manually.
