The Settings page in the Wherewolf Dashboard is where you will be able to configure most aspects of your Wherewolf product.
This article walks through each section of the Settings page and explains what can be managed there.
Who Can Access the Settings pages?
Access to the Settings section of the dashboard is limited to:
- The designated Administrator contact
- Any users who have been granted “Marketing & Settings” permissions by the Administrator contact
Accessing the Settings pages

Log into the Wherewolf Dashboard
- Use your admin login details
- Click Settings in the left-hand menu
Settings Pages
Activities
- The Activities settings allow you to add, enable, disable, and configure the activities you offer your guests.

Bookings
- If you are integrated with a booking system, the Bookings settings allow you to configure certain aspects of how bookings are handled within your Wherewolf product.
Branding
- The Branding settings allow you to configure your branding images and colors.

Communications
- The Communications settings allow you to configure your automated guest communications such as follow up emails.

Contact Details
- The Contact Details settings allow you to configure the "From" and "Reply To" details used in automated guest email communications we send on your behalf.
Custom Fields
- The Custom Fields settings allow you to configure extra fields for use in your guests' waivers.

Equipment
- The Equipment settings allow you to configure the equipment offered / assigned to your guests.

Forms
- The Forms settings allow you to configure the questions that get asked of your guests in the waiver.

General
- The General settings allow you to configure settings like App Name, Timezone, and Units of Measurement.
Links
- The Links settings allow you to configure your review site links a well as links that you may want to include in guest communications, such as your direct website.

Operations Manifest
- The Operations Manifest settings allow you to configure aspects of how your Operations Manifest functions.
Terms
- The Terms settings allow you to configure the terms and conditions on your guests' waivers.

- The Users settings allow you to configure user account access to your Wherewolf dashboard.
